Why Do We Offer Free Goal Analysis?
Why do we give every current & prospective member a monthly goal analysis that is so thorough and in-depth? And why give it for FREE?
- a reason or reasons for acting or behaving in a particular way.
It seems too common to hear someone say ‘the reason I haven’t achieved my goal in the past is because I didn’t have motivation’ and how they aren’t working toward it now because they’re ‘just not motivated’.
As if it’s some external wind in your sail that just appears and then suddenly you’re driven to success – but that’s not what motvation really is.
Motivation (as in the stuff that lasts) is earned. It’s acquired. It is born from something much stronger than a sudden desire to change – it comes from something that you have to discover:
- the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something.
It is by inspiration that we feel a desire to do something; it’s a mental stimulant.
Something that triggers a response in your brain to then go and take action.
Inspiration IS your Motivation
Well isn’t that fantastic! That sure answered that question didn’t it? Do you feel pumped to go and achieve it now? No? Still have no idea what you’re supposed to do?
Well, fortunately, I’m not done talking yet. The journey of discovery is far from over yet.
Now we know that, in order to feel motivation to DO something, you must be inspired BY something. But that’s not the end of the chain; there’s something missing – we still haven’t identified what the stimulant is that will Inspire you!
Want me to tell you? This secret sauce that is the driving force behind every successful person? What keeps them going, inspires them to stay motivated and brings on such achievement?
the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists.
See, you can’t have motivation without desire and desire is just a word until you feel it, that feeling comes from inspiration and being inspired to do something, and that ‘something’ Is. Your. PURPOSE.
It’s easy to get your mind straight and motivated when everything is easy and something prompts you to change, but that’s at the point BEFORE you’ve done any of the hard work! The hard work that you WON’T enjoy and that you will HAVE to make sacrifices for.
Does it have to be hard work?
Don’t worry, you’re not the only one feeling this question right now.
I mean, the end result is an enormous part of your purpose and anything other than that is a compromise: but does it have to involve hard work and sacrifices?
Anyone who HAS NOT achieved their goal will probably think that the goal is to have the end product
(Obviously, right? You’d be crazy not to)
Anyone who HAS achieved their goal knows that the goal is actually to ACHIEVE the goal.
Standing on top of Mount Everest isn’t really all that special unless you climbed the mountain to get there.
You HAVE to go through the struggle & sacrifice to achieve the goal, otherwise you missed the point of your goal all together. It’s the accomplishment that you’re really after.
Bringing this back to the original point..
Achieving a goal HAS to be hard so you best prepare yourself for it, and unless you HAVE and KNOW your purpose for it all, you’ll never commit fully and will either achieve mediocre or nothing at all.
So, before you doom yourself to failure, despite your good intentions
(because you don’t know the core reason why you’re doing it)
discover and learn your purpose, write it down and face it head on with your most determined, purpose-driven look, and take on every challenge the journey throws at you because you know that it’s only
making the achievement THAT MUCH SWEETER!
THAT is why we offer a Goal Analysis to ANYONE that is DONE with failing and giving up, because we’re sick of it too!
Now if you’re fed up with setting and failing at your goals, looking at yourself in the mirror and NOT loving the body you see before you, then I sincerely suggest you use your common sense here.
Take up this offer to discover your inner purpose and core reason for wanting to be better.

Don’t delay any longer, it’s time you actually did something about it!
Sorry for all the abuse, it’s not nice to have someone tell you what you’re doing wrong, but some times you just need to hear it.
Thanks for taking the time to read this, I hope it hit home and has reignited that fire inside to go and achieve your goals!
If it did, I’d really appreciate some feedback to let me know that I’m fulfilling MY purpose – to educate and guide you, and to inspire passion for health and fitness within you.
